Within the context of Pantheon IQ Services, copyright is viewed as the exclusive right and assignable legal right given to the originator of the Artistic Materials. The relevance of copyright law to the Company is it allows Pantheon IQ protection (and those who gain subsidiary rights from Pantheon IQ) which encourages an incentive to create and share Artistic Materials without fair of plagiarism. It is noted that, as the Company has a base in the Country, The Act is the first and foremost applicable guiding precedent of law.

Within the context of the operations of the Company, it is noted the Act is intended to benefit “authors of original works.” Therefore, all Artistic Materials of Pantheon IQ are protected by copyright.
